When do boxes ship?
Our boxes ship the middle of every other month., for example:
June Box: Payment at the end of April, ships mid May
August Box: Payment at the end of June, ships mid July
October Box: Payment at the end of August, ships mid September
December Box: Payment at the end of October, ships mid November
February Box: Payment at the end of December, ships mid January
April Box: Payment at the end of February, ships mid March
Am I able to cancel?
Absolutely! While we would hate to see you go, we understand that things happen. Just email hello@themakerywa.com to cancel your subscription.
I am missing an item. What do I do?
You can email us at hello@themakerywa.com and we will be happy to ship out the missing item(s).
Can I come to the storefront?
Unfortunately due to the COVID guidelines, in January 2021 we made the difficult decision to close our storefront in beautiful Tacoma, WA. It will forever hold the most special place in our heart and we are beyond grateful for the 6 absolutely wonderful years we had there.
Can I request a custom item?
We are not currently accepting orders for custom orders. When we open up a window for custom orders, we will be sure to post on our website and on social media.
