Sign Workshop

Our sign-making workshop offers four shape options: an 18" round, a porch leaner sign 12"x48", a framed 22" x 22" square, and a rectangle board 18"x24". Each shape has its own design choices, so please be sure to review all four options before making your selection. This also means you can sign up for a round while your friend signs up for a framed square on the same day—just let us know who you’d like to sit next to.With this selection you will start with a board 18"x24" wood plank board, choose the stencil design that matches your vibe, pick a stain or paint color you love, and ease into simple techniques that make the whole “how to make a sign” process feel surprisingly chill. This isn’t about being perfect -- it’s about having fun with creative activities, discovering new craft ideas, and making something that feels like you.Your instructor guides you through prepping your board, smoothing on your stencil for crisp edges, layering colors that pop, and peeling back the final reveal (always the best part). Add extra touches like glitter if you’re feeling bold, or keep it classic -- your project is totally your call. Every piece turns out different, and that’s the magic.
